Decrease in demand for executives |

According to the research report “Boyden Executive Market View”, based on data obtained from executive job postings on the press and the internet, demand for executives for the 12month period April 2005-March 2006 declined by approximately 13% relative to the corresponding previous period. The decrease is mainly due to the sharp fall in the industrial and commercial sectors. (Source: Kerdos, Wednesday 24.5.2006)
Our comment: The tightening conditions in the market of executives signal an expansion of the pool of potential buyers for small and medium-sized businesses.
