| What do you charge for your services? |

Answer: Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the total consideration paid by the buyer. The valuation report on the most probable selling price is charged separately but against the fee if the transaction is completed and is non-refundable.
If our services do not include the step of finding prospective buyers, our fee may be set flat.
