Can the value of the business be determined from the value of the place it is located? |
|
Answer: No. We all know of businesses that are located in the same building but do not attract the same number of clients. A typical example is the shops that are located in airports. Without having any specific information on each shop, we would be willing to pay a higher amount per m2 for the shops with higher client turnover. And we would certainly pay different prices depending on their profitability. |
