Answer:
o It is our obligation, according to the IBBA code of ethics to which we abide.
o Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the final transaction value. If we do not serve you in the best possible way it is highly unlikely that the deal will be concluded. Your advisors and you personally will perform a due diligence on the business for sale and only if you are totally satisfied will you decide to acquire it.
